Morning C
lass
Woke up at 5 today. Looks like i was still Jetlagged, or is it Jetted lag? Slept early yesterday after a long long walk around Marianplatz, so took the time to do some blogging. Class was once again awesome. The teachers here focus more on the technical bits, so there are alot of worksheets on the Grammar structures etc. already have like 10 pieces solely on Relative Pronoumen. Being a technical person, i love it. Lots of practice, lots of fun. After lunch today, decided to walk down the street to look for food again. Came across this meat shop, so thought what the heck, might as well get some meat back for my spagetti. so in i went, asking

if they have HACKFLEISCH. thats BAH CHOR (beef). For 1 eur per 100g, i bought 200g. Perhaps enough for 3 days? after which i continued on my journey to find cheap lunch. Walked past the chinese chai fan store again. Decided that i should try it out, since it has been days since i ate rice. Restaurant is run by a Hongkong chinese couple i think, think i heard canton when they spoke to each other. Ordered this chicken

thinngy in dark sauce, came with the main dish was tao gay, cabbage and this other vegetable which i have not seen in my life. 5.40 eur. It was and will be the most expensive chai fan that i will be eating..Spoke to her in chinese! hahah, it felt great to be able to speak your mothertongue to someone who can understand you here. Anyway, food was alright, a little too salty for my taste, but the rice was good. Gosh i miss rice. Came back home after that to prepare for Starkbier Fest.
StarkBier Fest
For those of you out there who doesn't understand german, its STRONG BEER FESTIVAL. On going for 2 weeks. Something like October Fest, which i am sure all of you have heard of, but only stronger beer, like

10% alcohol? Located just 4 tram stops away, i thought why not? It should be an experience. It was indeed. For those of you wondering why the Guai Vincent would wander into a beer garden on his own, i did not. My school has reserved a few tables, so i will be going with some classmates. There was an entrance fee, 1,50 eur not too expensive, considering Chai Fan here cost 5 eurs. When i was at the gate, the security saw my big red bag, so he told me that i have to deposit it at a locker. So i though okay lo, as long as i take out my p

assport. When i finally found the locker, there were 2 bavarian girls in bavarian costume standing behind a counter. Guess what, it cost me 2.5 eurs to deposit my big bag. HEART PAIN. 5 SING BUCKS LEI. With that i can park a car in orchard road for 5 freaking hours la!!! But bo bian, its a rule and i didn;t know

the rule so i must pay for my mistake, literally. Still sore, i joined my class in this really really really huge hall. How big? Think of IKEA Tampines, remove all the furniture in there, put a stage and a whole lot of tables. But it was beautifully decorated, Bavarian Style. Then there was a band playing really loud music, also bavarian style. Seated directly opposite me was Andreas, someone from Barcelona, next to me was Steve, my cl

assmate's husband. Came this waitress (i am sure there is another name for her) in the bavarian costume, looked like a high class maid, see for yourself in the pictures, took our orders. I have ordered Stark bier. Duh. So we began chatting again, topics ranges from how they are trying to find job to how beautiful the

Alps are, with the band playing in the background. All in german. :D Not too long after, came our bier, yeah in 1 litre MUGS for just 8 eur. BIER WAS AWESOME. drank half of it and began to get high. Music still playing, with the occasional prosting whenever the music ends! Everyone was smiling ear to ear!! Seriously. Singapore should have something like this, where everyone gathe

rs here just to have fun and relax. by the time i finished my mug, i could no longer walk straight. Still conscious though! And when i was high, it was soooo much easier speaking deutsch! After a while, decided that i should go back rest. So after a few aufwiedersehen und Tschuss, off to collect my bag from the 2 girls in bavarian costume.

Thank them and told them how fun it was in german! hahah i was really high then, almost tried to take a photo with them, but decided i should better get back home. Never got so high before. Hopped onto the tram, totally exhuasted, face sore from all the laughing and smiling, i took a short nap. Woke up just in time to alight. Spoke to Ferdi, who experienced firsthand of my Highness before falling as

leep on the couch. Woke up 3 hours later? Took a Bath and here i am writing this. to sum up today's experience. IT WAS ONE HELL AN EVENING! Probably a memory that i keep forever. one must seriously participate in an event like this should he/she comes munich, for you haven't really seen munich till you experience a bierfest.
