I have been here for a week officially! Glad to say i had lots of fun and met lots of really nice people, the Judge, my v

ermieterin (landlady), my awesome classmates, and now this really nice Malaysian who invited me over to his place for a sushi making session. Thats where he introduced me to the Singaporean/Malaysian group. Technically the only singaporean was this other lady, who has been working in Munich for almost 5 years. So its n

ot really a Singaporean and Malaysian group. But thats not important. For whats really important is that we share the same culture, well almost, and most definitely, we share the border. Lenko (Gan eng), as i have mentioned in previous post, has been working here for almost 2 years. Bought his own apartment which overlooks the Alps (visible only on clear days), isn;t that coool? Anyway, he has gladly offered his h

elp on any matters regarding living in the city, for things like opening a bank account, registering myself etc. It was really really important for me, as being a total newbie in this country, the first thing i want to clear up is the admistrative problems. And he has offered me tips on what is cheap what is not, where to find tours, groceries etc. Life would have been different without his help. So THANK YOU Gan Eng. Hope i spelt your name correctly.
Now i am wondering i

f i should still go school on tuesday. They will be having a public transport strike. So no Tram, no U-Bahn and no bus for the entire day.Sigh. Heard that it happened on every other month. For this year alone, they have striked 3 times. If that ever happens in singapore, our dear Leader will pull out whatever white hair that is left on his head and start eating them. Then again

, that isn;t going to happen, for the system is already strike prove. Singaporeans are too busy sucking up all the problems quietly. Good in a sense, for i won't need to walk 3 kilometers to my school and back. Sounds easy? Now picture my skinny frame with my bag and my winter clothes, in the freezing cold. And its probably more since its a linear distance i calculated using Google Earth. Hope my Banglah legs don't fail me.

Did something little different today. Instead of on a point and shoot spree, i decided to shoot some nice shots, shots that require a bit of thinking and trying. Been walking around photographing the architecture. So thought that taking some pe

ople shots, which is harder, because you don't want to be pointing your big camera in their face. So came handy my telephoto lens. Got a few uneasy stares, but couldn't be too bothered. By the way, have i ever mentioned how cute the children here in Germany are? Especially with their beanie on and all puffed up in their winter clothes. Ok enough said, here are a few shots i took and pretty much like the

m. Enjoy =)
